5th November – Tea and Tour for $10 – Dalvui

Awesome weather, magnificent garden, delightful host and afternoon tea.…. What a way to spend an afternoon!
Host Pam told us of the history of Dalvui and its garden before we ambled round the property, and finished with afternoon tea.

Such a great outing πŸ‘


10th November – Walk around Noorat

A 4km walk around Noorat was a very pleasant way to spend a morning. Of course we finished up at β€œThe Shedβ€β˜•οΈ 🧁😜


11th November – Mini Golf

Cobden Mini Golf had Lots of laughs, close shots and missed opportunities 😜
Finished with morning tea β˜•οΈπŸ§ and prizes.


12th November – End of Year Lunch

We had 44 U3A members at the Cobden Golf Club lunch today. What a great meal and get together πŸ‘


19th  November – Friday Forum

What an excellent program to finish our Friday Forum sessions for this year. Caroline Warneminde told us about her experiences as an opthomologist nurse in Papua New Guinea.
She was part of teams that made incredible decisions for so many people. Thanks Caroline and thanks to Eve Black for organising our Friday Forum program.


Thursday 25th November – Mahjong and Scrabble at Terang

Today we had our first Mahjong and Scrabble session at the Terang Commercial Hotel.
The afternoon was topped off with afternoon tea πŸ‘


26th November – Travel Tales

The final Travel Tales for this year. Presenter Ross Henderson gave us a very interesting and insightful program on his many visits to Kenya. Having stayed for many months within a Kenyan household Ross was able to share his first hand experiences of life in Kenya. A great program to finish 2021. Thanks heaps Ross.


30th November – Tea and Tour for $10

TOUR OF THE TERANG COMMERCIAL HOTEL A lovely way to spend an afternoonπŸ‘. Plenty of food, wine and a tour of the hotel by owner Les Cameron.
This hotel has plenty to offer! Entertainment spaces, community spaces, recording studio and plenty of accommodation. Definitely a hotel which has the community in its heart πŸ‘. Thanks Les
