15th September – Middle Eastern Cooking
U3A members enjoyed the first of the Middle Eastern Cooking class led by Liz Patterson.
The menu was a treat. Lamb Pide with mint yoghurt Chicken Marbella Batata Harra Lebanese 7 spice roast pumpkin with feta & pinenuts. Middle Eastern rice pudding with plum compote & pistachios.

23rd September – Hike

Such a lovely walk around Lake Terang today complete with cows, horses, beautiful scenery and a tree hazard!
Coffee at the Little Acorn finished off an excellent outing.


24th September – Travel Tales

Our Travel Tales program took us on an African safari.
Fred Wheaton shared his trip to Africa including the game parks in Kenya & Tanzania & the beauty of Victoria Falls.
What an amazing holiday !
