15th September – Friday Forum

Today, 25 U3A Corangamite members thoroughly enjoyed Neil Jackson talking about his hobby of bee keeping.

Neil showed us his hives, how they worked and also showed us his equipment.

Neil was very entertaining and passionate about his hobby.

Thanks Neil. Great job.

If you haven’t visited the Camperdown Gardens it is definitely worth a look.

Thanks heaps Janet for a lovely afternoon.

September 22nd  – Travel Tales

Our Travel Tales program this month took us all the way to Italy.

Annie Baker shared with us her fabulous 5 week holiday where she and her travelling companions visited Milan, Cinque Terra, Rome, Naples, Florence & Venice.

As an added highlight for the travellers was a week spent in Trieste living with a local.

Thanks so much Annie for such an interesting program and to Grace who shared her experience staying in her Trieste family home for a week.
